PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS
Your unique and individually crafted cute little robin has been made with a piece of perfectly tumbled and frosted brown sea glass from my collection, carefully selected for its shape, before being delicately hand painted with eyes and a cute little red breast. Each robin has been perched onto a little heart, made from natural slate and decorated with hand painted embellishnents. The whole piece has been finished with natural jute string so it's ready to be hung somewhere it will make you smile.
๐The heart measures approx 7cm across the widest part.
๐The drop from the hanging point to the bottom of the heart is approx 14cm.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
๐Due to the natural materials used, each of these birds are perfectly unique and yours will differ very slightly from the ones shown in the photographs. Please message me if you would like to see a photo of the one I have hand picked for you before I send it out to you. Refunds or returns WILL BE accepted if you are not happy with your purchase, subject to you returning the item(s) to me in perfect condition and covering the cost of postage yourself, so please do request a photo if you are unsure.
๐UK customers - I have included standard 2nd class delivery with this product. Delivery is estimated to be between 3-5 days, and is likely to take longer during busier times of the year i.e. Christmas. If you want to guarantee a faster delivery, please upgrade to either Tracked 24 or Special Delivery when you check out (if ordered after 2pm, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed as the item needs to be processed and dropped off before Royal Mail closing times). Refunds will not be issued due to late arrivals so please use the upgrade options if you require this by a specific date.
๐US customers - your item will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Standard. The aim for this service is to deliver between 6-7 working days (in addition to any processing time I have added on for bespoke and personalised items). Please note that this option DOES NOT include tracking, please upgrade to 'International Tracked & Signed' if you want your item to be tracked. For orders placed during the holidays - based on previous delivery times during the 2024 festive period, my advice would be to order before the end of November for the best chance of receiving it in time for Christmas. I am not responsible for delays caused by US customs clearance during the festive season and you will be responsible for the cost of returning this to me if it is no longer required and you request a refund. I will also NOT refund delivery charges for late arrivals if tracking has not been requested so please allow 3-4 weeks during busy periods or if you need this for a specific date.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
Your little robin will be lovingly wrapped, carefully packaged and will arrive with a little card as standard so if you are gifting it, the recipient will see how much care you put into choosing it.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify me if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. The item must then be returned to me, with postage costs covered by yourself, and a refund will be issued as soon as it is received in perfect condition.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
