Order one of my bestselling personalised friendship picture to gift to your besties. This design is presented in your choice of white, grey or black 17.5cm frame with stand attached and is simple, elegant, celebrating everything that is fabulous about friendships. It will be made to order for you using sea glass I have collected from my beachy travels and you can choose your own text, mount and frame colour combination to create the perfect gift for a friend or loved one 💞
 
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY WITH REGARDS TO PICTURE DESIGN AND DISPATCH DEADLINES
 
💞Your picture will be uniquely made to order for you using natural pieces of sea glass I have found on the beach, therefore the sizes and colours of the pieces used will differ very slightly from those shown in the photographs.
💞The sea glass I use has been personally collected by me on my travels and I can vouch for the authenticity and sustainability of it. I have attached it using strong glue which will resist knocks and is durable enough to be delivered to you.
💞The rest of the design is hand drawn and painted so it will also have very small differences to the photos but means it is perfectly unique to you and your bestie. I reserve the right to use my artistic licence with regard to colour choices and shape selection.
💞Choose your own text to add to your design to make it personal to you or type 'no text' in the personalised box to leave it out. Choose your own words, quote or names, if it fits then I can do it, just message me to ask if you are not sure.
💞If you prefer an alcohol free option, I can draw the characters holding coffee, cake, or in fact anything else (within reason 😊) that is meaningful to you - again, just ask the question before you order and I'll let you know if it's possible.
💞Please message me BEFORE ORDERING if you have specific requests to check if they are possible. A photograph will only be sent to you prior to dispatch if you request it but please be aware that changes to the overall design are not possible once the pieces of sea glass have been glued to the design. Personalised pictures cannot be refunded or exchanged (i.e. with names on or personalised quotes) so please do ask if you want more involvement in the creation of your design, I'm more than happy to assist with this, just talk to me about it before I start working on it.
💞I always use fade proof artist ink pens and watercolours, however, I recommend positioning the picture out of full sunlight to preserve its longevity and keep the colours as fresh and vibrant as possible.
💞Due to volume of orders, please allow up to 3 days for your picture to be created after you have ordered it. The glue takes 24 hours to fully cure and this has also been factored into the creation time.
💞The frame is 17.5cm square, made from acrylic and has a stand attached to the back so you can simply display it straight away on your shelf. It is also ready to hang on a wall if you prefer to do this. It is available in a choice of 3 colours, white, grey or black, see product photos for examples. Combine your frame with your choice of mount colour to create your own unique picture. 
💞The mount is heavy card and cut to an aperture size of 10cm. The mount is also available in either white, grey or black - see product photos for examples of different combinations of mount and frame to achieve different looks.
💞The frame has a glass front to protect the design - this is not shown in the product photographs or video in order to reduce glare and improve visibility of the design itself.
💞I create pictures between Monday and Friday as I am exhibiting at markets most weekends. The 3 day allowance is based on Monday to Friday and does not include weekends, I work alone and I need to take time off. Therefore if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your picture may not be dispatched until the following Wednesday. 
 
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE 
 
💞UK customers - I have included standard 2nd class delivery with this product. Delivery is estimated to be between 3-5 days, and is likely to take longer during busier times of the year, i.e. Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc. To guarantee a faster delivery, please upgrade to either Tracked 24 or Special Delivery when you check out (if ordered after 2pm, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed as the item needs to be processed and dropped off before Royal Mail closing times). Refunds will not be issued due to late arrivals where upgrades have not been selected so please use the upgrade options if you require this by a specific date.
💞US customers - your item will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. The aim for this service is to deliver between 5-7 working days (in addition to the 3 working days ordering process time that I require to get your order ready). However, based on previous delivery times during the 2024 festive period, my advice would be to order before the end of November for the best chance of receiving it in time for Christmas. I am not responsible for delays caused by US customs clearance during the festive season and you will be responsible for the cost of returning this to me if it is no longer required and you request a refund. I will also not refund delivery charges for late arrivals so please allow 3-4 weeks during busy periods or if you need this for a specific date.
